Q.    Where in the UK will you deliver to or cover?

A.    We will cover anywhere in the UK for all hire above £400 but we do charge travel and possibly accommodation fees depending on where your event is located.

Q.    Your costs seem fairly low, why is this? Are you a reliable and professional company?

A.    We are a relatively new company and are offering competitive pricing in order to establish a good customer base. We strive to be reliable and offer a professional service and although we are a new company our staff are not without experience. All of the equipment we use is of a professional standard and is used on a day to day basis, our equipment is regularly checked and PAT tested  to ensure we give our clients the best possible service. Where ever possible we will carry spares and tooling to enable us to carry out repairs and servicing even when on tour.

Q.    Do you do charity work?

A.    Yes we may do but it depends on the charity, if we do charity work it is at our discretion. Please bear in mind that we ourselves are a business not a charity and we have employees to pay. If we do undertake charity work we may be able to supply equipment on the day but you will be charged for any staff used.

Q.    We have our own sound engineer, could we hire one of your larger PA's without your engineer?

A.    No, due to the diversity and amount of equipment being used it would be impossible for your engineer to have explicit knowledge of every single item that we have, further more our equipment is not covered by our insurers unless it is supervised by our staff.  We will however work with your sound engineer to ensure you are completely happy with your sound.

Q.    If I hire equipment from you is it insured?

A.    No, when you hire equipment without an engineer you are fully responsible for its well being and safe return. You are further more responsible for replacement or repair costs of any damaged equipment that you hire from us. You will also be responsible for loss of business whilst the equipment is repaired or replaced.

Q.    I'm a sound engineer, can I have a job or have you got any work for me?

A.    Possibly, but we do look for qualified engineers with experience, if you have no formal qualifications then we would expect that you are currently enrolled in a relevant education program and that you are well experienced.  You would also be expected to have a clean & full UK driving licence and you may be required to transport yourself to your place of work. Please note we are also based in Derby so if you live miles away its probably not going to be practical to work for us.

Q.    I want to hire an audio system for a small concert/festival, can you also supply the stage and lights?

A.    If we don't stock it ourselves then we know someone who does, we can organise this for you or we can put you in touch with the relevant companies.

Q.    Do you hire out just sound engineers?

A.    Yes if we have one spare! Their costs are dependant on their level of experience and may vary on their availability.
